The staff of the Saginaw Township Assessor's Office welcomes you to our web pages. Property and tax information is now available by means of a link to the Saginaw Area G.I.S. Authority (www.sagagis.org) web site. Other Saginaw County data is also available at the SAGA site. You may find property information by using address, last name or property I.D. number. The SAGA site also offers a comprehensive residential improved sales search.

The Sales Reports link to the left displays residential vacant land, commercial and industrial sale information. Various tax and assessing related forms are available through the Forms link. Our Business Card link displays assessors office contact information.

2010 Assessment Information

Notification of the 2010 assessed and taxable values will be mailed in the last week of February. The 2010 taxable value multiplier (consumer price index) is .997.

The 2010 March Board of Review will be in session on March 8, 9 and 10. Appearances are scheduled by appointment only. These appointments may be arranged by calling the Assessor's Office beginning March 1, 2010 at 989-791-9810.
