Peddler's Permit

A permit is required for door to door sales, solicitation activity or to peddle on street corners while engaged in selling a service or product as stated in the Saginaw Charter Township Code of Ordinances Section 46-31 through 63. The permit fee is $50.00 and this permit is applicable for only a thirty (30) day period per calendar year. An application must be filed with the Clerk's Office. Charitable/Religious Solicitations

A permit is also required for Charitable/Religious Solicitation in Saginaw Charter Township per the Code of Ordinances Section 46-91 through 118. The fee is waived but an application must be filed with the Clerk's Office. The permit is applicable for a thirty (30) day period per calendar year.
