Site Selection
Want to find a suitable site with minimal fuss? Saginaw Valley Sites is a web site that allows users to identify available commercial property. The web site also provides data including workforce demographics, business information, and interactive maps. The data is created and displayed using a Geographic Information System (GIS) that combines layers of information in order to better understand comprehensive details about a specific location and is powered by GIS Planning's Zoom Prospector software. The web site is provided by the Saginaw Future, Inc., and is FREE.
Need help expediting permits, moving your issue to the "top of the stack," or getting the ear of the right people? The Business Development Team (enter email) is an effort to coordinate their strategy in order to maximize the development potential of each business and the Township as a whole.
