Notice is hereby given that the Saginaw Charter Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the Saginaw Township Hall, 4980 Shattuck Road, Saginaw, Michigan, corner of Shattuck and North Center Roads on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. on the following petition:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Saginaw Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at the Saginaw Township Hall, 4980 Shattuck Road, Saginaw, Michigan, corner of Shattuck and North Center Roads on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. on the following petition:
A-10-01 – Rychel Plumbing LLC of Saginaw, Michigan is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s decision that their proposed use, with the construction of a detached accessory structure, is a contractor’s establishment and not an office. Contractor’s establishments are not permitted in a B-1, Office Business District.
