            Written and/or oral comments will also be received at the above named location through the date of the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Saginaw Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at the Saginaw Township Hall, 4980 Shattuck Road, Saginaw, Michigan, corner of Shattuck and North Center Roads on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. on the following petition:

A-10-01 – Rychel Plumbing LLC of Saginaw, Michigan is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s decision that their proposed use, with the construction of a detached accessory structure, is a contractor’s establishment and not an office.  Contractor’s establishments are not permitted in a B-1, Office Business District.
