Police Department - Filing An Incident Report

This page has been assembled in an effort to assist you, as a resident, or as a business person, to file a minor crime report with the Saginaw Township Police Department. The use of this format may only be used to file a report if the incident falls under one of the following categories. Once you confirm that it does fall into a listed category, follow the directions as to how to file.

The Saginaw Township Police Department will accept mailed in reports on the following incidents:

• Malicious Destruction of Property. (Turfing, Vandalism, Etc.; residential or commercial)
• Larceny Under $1000 Value. (Any minor thefts where you have no suspects or evidence; residential or commercial)
• Harassing or Annoyance Telephone Calls. (Residential or commercial)
• No Account Checks (Commercial Only, Must send in original check with report.)
• Gasoline Drive Offs (Commercial Only.)

+++ Please note that all reports filed with us in this manner must have NO SUSPECTS. These are reports for records only and will not be assigned for follow up by an investigator. The exception is for no account checks for businesses.

This is a printable download file(PDF). Download the above report form and fill it out as completely as possible. Reports will NOT be accepted if Victim/Complainant information is not filled out entirely. After we receive your report, it will be assigned an incident number and will remain on file.
